Murray came to RGSLAW on precisely 10 December 2012, we know because he recalls the exact date with savant-like panache.
After growing up on Norfolk Island, Murray was sent (banished) to the mainland, to study the law and biomedical science. Luckily for us, Murray agreed to be our Special Counsel in personal injury and medical negligence litigation, and is our very own Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist. Murray is also admitted to practice in Queensland and Victoria and regularly handles disputes in all jurisdictions throughout Australia.
With over 12 years’ experience, Murray has represented both plaintiffs and insurers, and was previously the Managing Associate of the Medical Law Department in a national firm.
As such, Murray has a unique perspective and insight into the nuances of personal injury and medical negligence litigation. Due to his connections with the old penal colony, Murray also works in general and corporate crime.
Murray has a proven ability to efficiently manage and resolve complex matters and has an extensive background in personal injury, coronial inquests and medical law, including high value claims involving traumatic/acquired brain injuries.
